Of course, that's OK. This is a beginner-friendly course, so if you can exercise at a level similar to jogging, you can enjoy it.

Anyone weighing up to about 80kg can participate under normal conditions. We cannot accept anyone weighing over 80kg due to the difficulty of taking off and the risk of flying at low altitude over the ocean even if they are able to take off. We accept anyone aged 5 and over. Anyone under 18 years old must have parental consent to participate. Anyone of any age can participate as long as they are able to exercise, such as jogging.

The most important factor in a paragliding experience is wind. Even if the weather is good, you may not be able to fly depending on the conditions. You will also not be able to fly if it is raining. For this reason, we check the latest weather information to ensure you can fly. Please check the conditions the day before your experience to see if it will be held.

Please come dressed in clothes suitable for exercise. Please wear sneakers. If you are traveling and do not have sneakers, we offer free rentals of sneakers only. Please request this via the application form or by phone.

You can also fly with a camera or smartphone. In that case, it is a good idea to bring a strap or smartphone case to prevent dropping it.

If you would like to make changes to your reservation, please contact us and we will accommodate. However, we may not be able to accommodate changes made just before the reservation date.

If you need to cancel for your own reasons, please follow our cancellation policy: 30% two days before, 50% the day before, 100% on the day.

If you have purchased your experience ticket from another ticket company, please follow their cancellation policy.

However, if we decide that the event cannot be held due to weather conditions or other reasons, there will of course be no cancellation fee.

The entire process from check-in to preparation, take-off, trial flight, landing, and completion should go smoothly and take approximately 30 minutes. If the wind is too strong, you may have to wait. Please allow yourself plenty of time.

We offer a 10-minute trial flight for all customers who make a reservation. Optional special courses are also available upon request (we will visit you on the day).

On the special course, you can enjoy the view of Matsushima, one of Japan's Three Most Viewed Scenic Spots, from an altitude of approximately 400m, double the normal altitude of approximately 200m. (Depending on the crowding situation and conditions, only the normal course may be available.)

In addition, the convenience store "Daily Yamazaki" is located about 1 km away.

The supermarket "Seiyu" is about 2km away.

Please bring water and other essentials with you before coming. Please also use the restroom before coming.

Normally, smartphone straps are available for rent for a fee, but if you complete the necessary procedures, they can be rented for free. Please ask a member of staff.

We offer an extension course that nearly doubles the elevation of the regular course from 200m to approximately 400m.

The view will be completely different, and 95% of our customers choose the extended course, so if you're unsure, we recommend it.
